Why I started Delaware Valley Home Inventory

Many years ago, I experienced a devastating house fire. In addition to recovering from my injuries, I faced the overwhelming task of documenting everything I had lost while navigating the insurance claims process.

When it was finally over, two lessons became clear. First, a comprehensive photographic inventory would have made the claims process easier and more efficient. Second, I discovered I was underinsured and unable to recover the full value of my belongings.

I founded Delaware Valley Home Inventory to help others avoid the same experience before it's too late. My clients gain the confidence of knowing their belongings are thoroughly documented and ready when needed most.

As Delaware Valley Home Inventory has grown, I've discovered that a home inventory is valuable for much more than insurance. Today I also help clients with estate planning, major life transitions, downsizing and other situations where organized documentation brings clarity, confidence and peace of mind.
